I have no idea how you could type that with a straight face R1. Then again, there are a lot of non-great actors out there, and it's obvious at this point that this guy is not going to be any major star on either television or in film, but he's basically typecast to the point that when he shows up in anything, it's an instant parody.
I've seen him on Broadway as well and yes, he can be acceptable, even good if he's toned town.
